An Uplifting Journey with Art : From the Heart, Seniors Share Stories of Strength Through Art
Brahm Centre’s latest senior art exhibition, titled “An Uplifting Journey with Art,” brought together over 100 heartfelt artworks created by seniors from across our five centres. This powerful showcase of creativity and resilience was more than just an exhibition—it was a celebration of healing, connection, and purpose through art.
Featured in The Straits Times, Channel NewsAsia, 8world, and Zaobao, the event highlighted how art therapy has empowered over 4,000 seniors to express themselves, build confidence, and rediscover joy in their golden years.
At the event, we also announced the opening of our new Telok Blangah centre in January 2026, which will further expand access to counselling, art therapy, and eldercare services to meet growing community needs.
As we continue to support mental wellness through creative and meaningful programmes, An Uplifting Journey with Art reminds us that it’s never too late to learn, grow, and inspire.
