Our enrichment programs offer a diverse range of activities, including Art & Craft, Music Appreciation, Dance and Movement, Physical Activities, Skillset Workshops, and Youth Camps. Each program incorporates a mindfulness element to support self-care and personal growth. By participating in these programs, youth can enhance their mental well-being, develop new skills, uncover their strengths and interests, build friendships, and boost self-confidence. Some examples of the activities are listed below:

 

Our varied creative workshops—such as Crochet, Beaded Jewellery Making, Scrapbooking, Scented Candle Making, Nagomi Art, Zentangle, Upcycling, and Sock Plushie Creation—encourage creativity while supporting calmness and thoughtful engagement.
Guitar and Piano Appreciation sessions introduce youth to music as a way to relax and express themselves.
Activities like bowling, Inline Skating, Strength Training, Walking, Bouldering, and Football promote physical fitness alongside overall well-being.
Workshops in Game Design, Coding, Microsoft tools, Study skills, Exam Preparation, and Digital Art help develop practical skills, focus, and confidence.
We partner with self-initiated youth project groups from various schools to co-create youth-for-youth programmes aimed at enhancing community well-being among young people.
