Following my husband’s passing several years ago, I have struggled with anxiety, self-doubt, and profound loneliness. To address my religious identity and associated isolation, we focused on improving my overall well-being, both physically and emotionally. This included exploring Hindu traditions related to life, death, and the symbolism of offering flowers to God. I was encouraged to adopt new exercise routines and dietary habits. This comprehensive approach has deepened my understanding of my beliefs and led to a more fulfilling life.
