Christina Liew is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, trained by the Brown University School of Public Health. She is also trained to teach Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) through the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.

Formerly the Head of Mindfulness Programs at Brahm Centre, Christina conducted mindfulness programs for diverse communities across the healthcare, education, government, and corporate sectors.

Christina’s passion for mindfulness stems from her personal journey of using mindful parenting to heal and strengthen her relationship with her sons. This experience continues to inspire her to help others nurture stronger connections, better communication, and compassionate awareness.

She is a graduate from Nanyang Technological University and has served as an Associate Lecturer at a local Polytechnic.
