Amy Fang is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher trained by Bangor University and a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course trained by Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. Amyholds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Monash University, Australia, and brings over 35 years of management experience from MNCs. She specializes in integrating mindfulness practices with workplace leadership, supporting professionals in managing stress, enhancing focus, and strengthening emotional resilience. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, she conducts courses in both languages.
