Ms Christina Liew is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, certified by the Brown University School of Public Health, and a certified Mindfulness Teacher at Brahm Centre.
She is also trained to deliver the Dot-b mindfulness program, developed by the Mindfulness in Schools Project (UK). As the Head of Mindfulness Programs at Brahm Centre, Christina spearheads the development and delivery of mindfulness programs for both public and private sectors.
She regularly conducts the Mindfulness Foundation Course and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses for the public, equipping individuals with tools to enhance self-awareness and build mental resilience. Christina also leads mindfulness corporate workshops, including for healthcare professionals, educators, corporate teams, government ministries, students, and parents.
Her extensive experience includes delivering workshops for organizations in different industries such as Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore Prison Services, National Heritage Board, Economic Development Board of Singapore, Marymount Constituency, Singnet Pte Ltd, , Philips Electronics (S) Pte Ltd, HSBC, ACRA, KPMG, NUS College of Alice & Peter Tan, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, School of Science & Technology, Metta Welfare Association, Lions Befrienders, and many more.
Christina’s passion for mindfulness grew from her personal experiences, particularly in healing and strengthening her relationships with her sons through mindfulness. This has fuelled her interest in applying mindfulness in parenting, helping families foster improved communication and emotional well-being.
A graduate from Nanyang Technological University, Christina also draws from her experience as an Associate Lecturer at a local Polytechnic, enriching her mindfulness teaching with a solid educational foundation.
