She began her counselling career at a local university, where she supported young adults in navigating academic, personal and emotional challenges. Prior to this, she accumulated extensive experience working in schools, focusing on student support and integration. Her passion for working with young people is grounded in her belief that every young person is a gem waiting to be polished. She sees guidance, encouragement and emotional support as essential elements in helping them discover their strengths and potential.

At Brahm Centre, she works not only with youth but also with their parents and with adults experiencing relational challenges, stress, anxiety and depression. She adopts a collaborative and empowering approach, believing that each client is the expert in their own life. Her role is to facilitate insight, deepen self-awareness, and equip clients with practical tools to become effective masters of their minds and emotions—key to their wellbeing and development.

She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Transactional Analysis (TA). In her commitment to continual growth and holistic care, she is also exploring Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based practices to further support her clients’ wellbeing.

Her practice is guided by empathy, respect and a deep belief in each individual’s capacity for growth and transformation.
