Fortitude Amazing Race: A Look into Singapore’s Financial Landscape

On the 14th of November, more than 30 youth aged 13-18 participated in the Fortitude Amazing Race, going on an unforgettable adventure in Singapore’s financial district. Co-organized by Brahm Centre’s Youth Care team and sponsored by the Bank of America, the event combined history, culture and career insights, making up a fun-filled day. 

Our youth participants worked in teams to solve puzzles and tackle challenges at iconic landmarks around the Central Business District (CBD) and Marina Bay areas, showcasing their creativity and teamwork. Following that, a career sharing session by volunteers from the Bank of America was held, where staff shared inspiring stories and insights into the finance industry, sparking curiosity about potential career paths. 

The day concluded with a celebratory dinner and a prize-giving ceremony, where the youths’ determination and collaboration efforts were recognized. Participants left not only with newfound knowledge, but also with stronger bonds and memories to cherish. 

The Fortitude Amazing Race truly lived up to its mission: empowering youth with curiosity, resilience, and teamwork for a brighter future. We are grateful for the volunteers from the Bank of America who helped make this day a success!
