Ms. May Chng was a former school vice-principal and a Ministry of Education educator for over 20 years. She is currently Brahm Centre’s Mindfulness Practice Manager. May has experienced the benefits of mindfulness first-hand in her healing from a family tragedy, which fuels her commitment to sharing mindfulness knowledge, practices and attitudes with participants.
May is a Dot-b certified teacher from the Mindfulness in Schools Project (UK) and an Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (UK) trained Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Finding Peace in a Frantic World courses teacher. She has a Master of Arts (Instructional Design and Technology) and also holds a Diploma in Counselling Psychology.
