Ms Hsueh Ya Wen is a Certified Mindfulness Trainer at Brahm Centre and a Certified .b Trainer from the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), UK. With over 20 years of experience as an educator with the Ministry of Education (MOE), she has worked with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.

Her personal journey with mindfulness has deeply influenced her personal well-being and parenting style towards her three teenage daughters. 

As a cancer survivor, Ya Wen has experienced first-hand the healing power of mindfulness, which played a crucial role in her recovery. 

Passionate about empowering others, she is dedicated to supporting and guiding youths, parents, educators and cancer patients towards leading happier and healthier lives through mindfulness.
