Angie is trained in holistic counselling and regression therapy. She has worked with a diverse group of clients, mainly with trauma and complex issues.
She was the first certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher in Singapore conferred by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University School of Public Health and is also a certified Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy teacher by Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.
She has conducted mindfulness courses, workshops and retreats for more than 15,000 people across all ages. She teaches at NUS and has been appointed as a member of the Advisory Committee to Monash Centre for Consciousness and Contemplative Studies, Melbourne, Australia.
