She has worked with a diverse group of clients, mainly with trauma and complex issues.

She is the first certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher in Singapore conferred by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University School of Public Health and is also a certified Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy teacher by Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. She also serves on the Monash Centre for Consciousness and Contemplative Studies advisory committee.
